Sandra Gaudenzi

Sandra Gaudenzi has started her career as a television producer, she then moved into interactive television, and has been teaching interactive media theory at the London College of Communication (University of the Arts London) since 1999. Her research interests include interactive documentary, participatory practices, transmedia storytelling, locative experiences and games for change. Sandra is one of the conveners of i-Docs, a conference totally dedicated to interactive documentaries, and she is a creative director of its website, i-docs.org.

She is  the author of interactivedocumentary.net, a blog that she started in 2009 in order to document her own experience of doing a PhD at Goldsmiths (University of London). Her PhD – The Living Documentary: from representing reality to co-creating reality in digital interactive documentary – is now finished so she has more time to act as a mentor, and advisor, for new interactive factual projects.
